Reception Saturday 2-5 pm

A reception will be held for the 2012 Fall Members Show at the Artist's Studio and Gallery at Patriot Place, this Saturday, Oct. 13, 2-5 pm. Light refreshments will be served and the public is invited. 111 works of art by 56 local artists will be on display until 6 pm Sunday, Oct. 14. Ribbons were awarded by our judge, Carole Berren, AWS. In addition, the public's many ballots will be counted Saturday and the announcement of the "People's Choice" award will be made during the reception.

Exhibiting options for members

Exhibits at the Boyden Library in Foxboro are available for a month to individuals and groups (for free).

The Artists' Studio & Gallery at Patriot Place (http://www.artgalleryatpatriotplace.blogspot.com/) also offers to display members' work ($35 for a weekend). During some of the winter weekends local high school art students will be displayed there for free.

Meanwhile, the Walpole Library is also offering members the opportunity to exhibit in its new facility for free.
