You can submit up to two pieces for $5 each (for judge & ribbons). Please fill in all the blanks below and mail this form and your check to the Foxboro Art Assn, PO Box 440, Foxboro, MA 02035 no later than Feb. 24 so we can prepare the labels.

We reserve the right not to display works larger than 24 x 28, if in our judgment, it restricts or inhibits the display of other works.

All submitters are asked to sign up for a 4-hour shift on one of the weekends in March (2-4, 9-11, 16-18, 23-25). Please indicate below which weekend and which shift, as follows: Friday 5-9pm, Saturday 1-5 or 5-9pm, Sunday 11-3 or 3-6.
I agree to be at the Gallery on___________(day), March ____(date) for the _________(hours) shift. I also hereby exonerate Patriot Place, the Gallery and its volunteers from any responsibility for loss or damage to my art while it is at the Gallery.

Work must be delivered to the Gallery Thursday March 1, 4-8pm and firmly wired in back so it can be hung on our hooks.
A reception will be held Saturday March 10, 2-5pm. Refreshments will be served.
Art can be picked up Sunday, March 25, 6-8 pm or Monday March 26, 4-8 pm.
