Robin Carroll at the Art Emporium, Needham for October
Please join Foxboro Art Association member, Robin Carroll at a Wine and Cheese Reception at the Art Emporium, October 15th, 1-4 PM
Watercolors, pastels and calligraphy of Robin Carroll, and the monoprint and mixed media pieces by Amy Schupler Veaner, on Saturday, October 15, 1-4PM at the Artists' Wine & Cheese reception.
To preview the exhibit and/or for those who can’t attend the reception, the artists’ works
will be on exhibit for the entire month of October in the gallery at The Art Emporium, 32
Chestnut Street, Needham.

RI Watercolor Society Show opportunities!
The Rhode Island Watercolor Society is seeking artists for the following upcoming open, juried shows. Works selected for the shows will be on display and for sale at the Society’s Gallery, located at the J. C. Potter Casino (Boat House) in Slater Memorial Park, Armistice Boulevard, Pawtucket, RI. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Sunday from 1 to 5 PM.
August 14 - September 15: “Artist’s Choice - All 2D media. Hand delivery of entries to RIWS August 10 - 12 during gallery hours. Juror: Bruce Wood - Artist and owner of the Woodshed Gallery in Franklin, MA.

Norfolk Library Reception Saturday, April 16, 1-4 pm
Local artists Jennifer O'Neil and Kim Morin Weineck will display some of their recent works during the month of April at the Norfolk Library.
Jenn O'Neil is well known for her colorful abstract interpretations.
Kim Weineck, known principally for her pastel landscapes, is also the founder of the Neponset Valley Artists.
An artists' reception is scheduled for 1-4 pm on Saturday, April 16.

October 12 :: Nancy Bacevich/Haydi Hurley Art Reception East Walpole
Foxboro Art Association members Nancy Bacevich and Haydi Hurley are exhibiting new paintings at A Little Something bakery in East Walpole for the month of October. Nancy works in oils and pastels. Haydi is a watercolorist.
Come see the show and chat with the artists about their current work on Tuesday, October 12th at 6:30pm. Maybe you'll head home having had a delicious appetizer at the bakery and with a new original painting to hang on your wall!

Robin Carroll's newest works will be shown at The Art Emporium, 32 Chestnut Street, Needham.

Art Reception :: Friday, October 1st
I'm delighted to announce that Tony Donovan and Kim Morin Weineck (that's me, author of this post) will be the featured artists at Gallery9's First Friday reception on--you guessed it--Friday--October 1st from 6-8pm in the Norwood Gallery.
Gallery9 is a wonderful space to showcase emerging and established artists' work. The gallery has a wide client base who appreciate original artwork.
Consider submitting your work to be shown in the gallery. They are always happy to discuss work with local artists.
The First Friday openings are a lot of fun and everyone is welcome for conversation, artwork, and light refreshments.
